Marin’s buildings are responsible for as much as 34% of local greenhouse gas emissions. The climate crisis we are facing requires urgent local action to reduce these emissions and transition away from fossil fuels. Improving the efficiency of both our existing and new buildings must be part of these solutions. The Marin Green Home Tour shines a light on the strategies that residents can adopt for healthier, more comfortable homes, smaller energy bills, and cleaner air. 

The tour includes short video tours of Marin County homes, plus presentations by experts, links to relevant businesses, and useful resources, rebates, and incentives so attendees can benefit from the experience of our local sustainable living trend-setters.
